| Cookie was cute as a button from the day I got her right before Christmas in 1999 and remained so all of her life, always such a sweet lady poodle/maltese. She was Muffin's devoted doggy birth Mother. |

| Cookie was about 8 weeks old when I got her just before Christmas 1999. She grew up in Wainwright Alberta taking on the job of being a first rate social greeter of guests at the West Motor Inn in Wainwright, Alta. Cookie would go up to a guest, sniff them, stand up on hind legs doing a doggy dance for them and then drop down on her back waiting and expecting a nice tummy scratch from the guests. Cookie had special guest admirers too, who would not register until they received their greeting from Cookie. She was loved there very much and sometimes stolen from the lobby so that she could be treated to steak and other treats by some long term guests. She really missed her interaction with the guests after the motel was sold and Mommy retired from the business. She still had fun though in the doggy parks, chasing rabbits. |
