Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback or a testimonial of your experience . . . our service relies on 'word of mouth' and so your opinion is very important to us.

Hi Jocelyn, I wanted to thank you for the detailed care you put into the card for Digby, her fur clipping (with Ratty too : ), and for the beautiful cedar box (with extra bag of ashes for making a glass pendant). I really couldn't have done an adequate tribute to Digby without your help. Your special touches have meant so much & brought 'aws' of appreciation to all who see the card & box : )
Steve & Tammy's service is also incredible & I thank you for working with them during your transition. I was able to see the whole operation, and met Winston the cat & the deer regulars. Steve is passionate about his service too & I'm so thankful!
I've put the word out for people to come & see you when the time comes. All the best with your business future & personal journey : )

I was disappointed when I could not find a spot for writing a testimonial on your web site and now I have just one more thing to thank you for.
Bonnie and I were shown such true care and compassion when we turned to Pet Care Loss to help us with our loss of Fluffers, our little Kitty.   We felt so allowed and able to feel the loss of Fluffers as she truly was; a part of our family.  We cannot thank you enough for this.
We speak highly of all aspects of our interaction with you and your entire service.  I cannot imagine anything that could have been done better.  We sincerely thank you for being there and we cherish all memories you gave to us.  We especially love the dignity of the bamboo box and the card in memory of Fluffers.  Thank you Jocelyn and all.
respectfully, Bonnie and Clyde Fries

When my partner lost his beloved cat you were so wonderful to work with. Your genuine compassion and respect for his life and soul made our grief that much easier to bear. You helped us provide Georgie with a dignified exit from this world and we will be forever grateful.

Jocelyn, thank you for your help with the sudden passing our our beloved little friend. It was a struggle and a bit numbing to navigate the sorrow we were feeling as well the process of managing  his end of life. You cared for him as if he were your own, and we will always be grateful for your help with that.

Thank you so much for everything you did for my Jessie.  You went above and beyond what I had expected in every way possible. I couldn't imagine doing anything but calling you when I'm faced with the awful situation with my future furry friends. Absolutely the best service anyone could ask for.  On behalf of me, my family and everyone who was blessed with the company of Jessie and from Jessie herself. Thank you for all you have done.

Remembering Jefferson and Knowing Jocelyne

We have had the pleasure of knowing Jocelyne for the past 3 years. Personally, she was the only person we trusted with the passing of our Jefferson. She handled our loss with the utmost compassion, respect and treated him with the dignity he deserved. There is nobody I could recommend more highly to help you through one of the most difficult times in your life. Jocelyne's honesty and integrity is what we respect the most and we consider her a dear friend.
Jocelyne is a friend a colleague and someone whom we support. We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and it's been a pleasure being a part of your journey.
Much Love

Thank you Jocelyn and Melanie. We suddenly lost our border collie Skye after 12yrs of love. We were unprepared. Unsure where to turn we found your website and called. You were the safe port in the storm. A difficult time was made easier to pass through.

"When our cat suddenly died, we knew we wanted to deal with his remains ethically and environmentally.  I called Pet Loss Care Memorial Center and Jocelyne arrived at my home at my home within the hour. Not only did she bring a lovely soft blanket to wrap our dear little cat in, she took time to ask us about him - and she talked gently with us about grief. A week later, she came back to our home with our cat's ashes in a lovely urn, a beautiful card with our favourite picture of him on it, a cast of his paw print, and a lock of his hair. The entire process felt so humane and caring. Losing a pet is hard, and Jocelyne treated the whole process with respect and professionalism. I have since recommended her to several friends whose pets have passed on. I highly recommend Pet Loss Care Memorial Center.

Jocelyne, You are truly amazing and we want to thank you for all you did for our sweet Daisy. We are so relieved to have her back home so quickly. You have added a very special touch to this sad process that makes it so 'beautiful'. Through our tears, it brings us great joy to have her and Duke back home where they belong. You are such a compassionate and animal loving tender lady. You went up and beyond in your services, more then anyone would have ever expected. The Island residents are very fortunate to have you here for them in their time of sadness. I can't properly express our gratitude for everything you have done. Thank you so very much, even our 8 year old has now got a paw print and a pendant to wear so that he can always remember his best friend. With great appreciation,

Jocelyne,  we would like to sincerely thank you for taking such good care of our dear departed shepherd husky, Bishop Ann.   You treated her professionally with such care and respect as if she was your own.  Thank you for including the paw print,  and lovely box containing her ashes.  You brought comfort to us on a most difficult and sad day, and there are no words to express our appreciation.  We would highly recommend Pet Loss Care Memorial Center!

My testimonial cannot begin to scratch the surface in relaying my positive experience with Pet Loss Care Memorial Center nor can it detail what Jocelyne can offer to you at your time of loss...and afterward. For me, there is simply not a better choice and I don't hesitate when recommending them.
My most recent loss was profound in that I lost my police service dog who had been with me, by my side, for 8.5 years. Pago was my partner, my protector, my pet, undeniably my best friend. When Pago died suddenly, the professionalism, compassion and true understanding shown by Jocelyne was remarkable. Her care and her generosity was exceptional. Jocelyne communicated with me through each step of the process from the moment she took Pago into her arms. She visited my home when she brought Pago's urn to me. Going beyond this, she provided me with a plaque/photo/poem relaying Pago's service as a police dog.
Jocelyne is not only a respected business woman, she is a respected advocate for all animals and for our environment.
With deep appreciation to Pet Loss Care Memorial Center and to Jocelyne Monette,
Sue McLeod

I would like to thank Jocelyne and the Pet Loss Care Memorial Center for their generosity and support in the donation of the Vic PD K9 Unit memorial plaque.  Jocelyne initiated this project and followed it through to end where it was unveiled at a Vic PD Board meeting. The effort and attention to detail that went into this plaque serves as a testament to the passion and caring that Jocelyn has for animals and the lasting memories for their owners.

Jocelyne and her Pet Loss Memorial Centre are truly a blessing to grieving pet owners. She is not only a gifted professional but also a compassionate person. The recent sudden illness and death of my beloved dog was made a little more bearable with her help preparing me for Muffin's aquamation process. Lucy, her sweet little grieve specialist helping dog, is also a blessing.
I urge VET Clinics to offer this service to their clients alongside their normal crematorium company usage, even though they won't receive compensation for their referral from Pet Loss Memorial Centre, as they may get  at present. My thanks go out to Jocelyne for her continued commitment to her awarded business and compassion for pets and their owners.

Jocelyne has been truly amazing each time I have called to use her services. The last time was for my heart dog Rory, it was very sudden, I was devastated, however Jocelyne was available to talk to me in the wee hours of the morning, and arrived first thing that morning, to secure safe passage for my Rory.
Jocelyne showed such care and affection, all the way through the process. You are highly recommended for an outstanding job well done.
Thank you so much on behalf of myself and my furbabies, Missy, Ceifore (2001) and Rory (2013).

Jocelyne on behalf of my family we wanted to tell you what a positive experience working with Pet Loss Care Memorial Center and you have been in dealing with the loss of our  dog Clancy.  For our family there was really no better choice  and we would not hesitate to recommend you and the incredible service you provided to others who are experiencing or going to experience the loss of a pet.

Clancy was a spaniel / lab cross who has been a part of our family and our life  for 15 years. He was our undeniable  friend, companion, protector and meeter/ greeter  We always knew that the day would come when  our need to keep Clancy with us would be  out weighed by his need to be at peace and without pain.  Making the decision to let Clancy go although difficult and sad was made much less painful  knowing that he would be treated with dignity and respect by Jocelyne and Dr. Julia.

We wanted to have Clancy put to sleep at home with him in his bed surrounded by his family. From the moment the process began Clancy and our family were treated with compassion, care and understanding.  Jocelyne let us know what each step of the process would be and she gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to Clancy before taking him for the Aquamation process.  We picked up Clancy's urn along with a plaque with his paw print, photo, and  memory cards (with clippings of his fur)  that we could keep and send one to our daughter in Halifax.

No words can ever express how grateful we are for having Joceylyn and Pet Loss Care memorial center work with us when we made the decision to put down  Clancy. Although Jocelynes service provides care for pets that have died  and their families she is clearly an advocate for  all living pets and animals.  She was knowledgeable and professional  and was able to provide us with an environmentally friendly option to cremation for our dog for which we are eternally grateful.

We are so lucky to have given the opportunity to experience this process with your help and understanding.  No words can say how much we appreciate you as a person and  the service your company provides.

with thanks from our pooch too  Clancy

It has been a few years now since using the pet memorial services. I have meant to write a comment but feel it is high time now as I really do feel the support my dog Jesse and I received was outstanding. I was grieving as I knew I needed to put her down and Jocelyne was so very supportive and understanding. She gave wise advice on things. I used the vet she recommended who was great. On the day...it all went so well...and Jesse was treated with so much respect and dignity and honor...it was really wonderful! Although it was so sad to have her pass that day, the process was made so special that I have only great memories.
With much gratitude,
Sheria Brown
